As Fortech’s co-founder, Calin leads the company’s organizational and business development, successfully positioning Fortech as one of the most representative Romanian companies in IT outsourcing.

Prior to founding Fortech, Calin worked in software development, starting as software developer and moving up the ladder to technical manager. He has also been an associate professor at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and has served as a member of the Directors’ Council of the CLUJ IT cluster.

Calin holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and an Executive MBA from the Executive Academy of Vienna University of Economics and Business.
